Head Coach
Andy Sherwood
Coach Sherwood has been coaching cross-country and track since 2002. He has had coaching stints at Notre Dame High School in Chicago, Central Catholic High School in Portland, Western Illinois University, and the University of Portland before joining the Manitou Springs staff in 2021. Sherwood is a 2001 graduate of the University of Portland where he was a varsity letter winner in Cross-Country and Track and Field. Sherwood served as a graduate assistant coach from 2003-2005 at Western Illinois University where he earned a M.S. in Physical Education.
